Wonder Why Counseling was created out of a desire to help people approach themselves with curiosity. When we’re curious about ourselves, we start to move away from judgment and towards empathy. Our minds become a calmer, safer, more peaceful place for us to live.

The Wonder Why blog is another space for this - a space where it’s safe to ask questions and to not have all the answers. A place to pause and reflect, to learn, and to wonder why, exactly, it is that you struggle with the things you struggle with.
